The pandemic has changed us in ways that we could never have imagined. As a working mother of 3, the lockdown seemed to be a nice breather when it started.
But as the days turned to weeks, and the weeks turned to months, it became harder to deal with the kids and their constant cravings. Mom, can I get something to eat? was the constant refrain.
All the while, physical activity became zero, and all they did was eat fries and junk food while playing video games.
Then, one weekend while surfing the net, I came across an ad for Emeril Lagasse 360 Air Fryer. Now, I dont usually click on online ads, but I had heard the name Emeril Lagasse somewhere, and as a mother, I thought, lets at least give it a try. I loved that I could make fried stuff without having to deep fry.
I ordered it the next day, and within a week, I could see the difference. Today, after a few months of regular usage, I can tell you that this air fryer is well worth every penny.
Let me tell you more about my experience with the Emeril Lagasse air fryer.

Power Airfryer 360 Vs Instant Vortex Plus 7
The makers of the cult-favorite Instant Pot also sell a multi-function air fryer oven. The Instant Vortex Plus Air Fryer Oven, which The Spruce Eats also tested, is a 7-in-1 appliance, with settings for air frying, roasting, baking, broiling, reheating, dehydrating, and rotating for rotisserie. Although it appears to have fewer settings, Emerils model just has more preset functions. The roast and bake functions can still be used for pizza, toast, bagels, and rotisserie.
It also has an attractive stainless steel exterior and will take up more space than a standard air fryer. It comes with two racks, a rotisserie spit, and a rotisserie basket that continually rotates and eliminates the need to shake potatoes for even cripsing during the cooking process. Priced around $120, you can save a significant chunk of change compared to the Power Air Fryer 360and it was much quieter in tests.
Its versatile, but not a top pick for air frying.
Although the Emeril Lagasse Power AirFryer 360 boasts multiple cooking functions, its not useful enough to justify the higher price, large size, and noise level unless youve got a limited kitchen or know youll use multiple featuresbecause it is a great all-in-one appliance.
Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 And Xl Design
As you can see in the sample picture above, the design and everything with Emeril Lagasse Power Air Fryer 360 and XL is identical. The width and depth are also the same, but the internal measurement is slightly different, with 360 XL measured at 13 inches tall compared to the standard version at 10.4 inches tall. The power rating seems different with XL oven using 1800 watts of power and its standard size at 1500 watts.
The housing finish is the same brushed stainless steel, and it is prone to fingerprints, so we have to wipe the surface often to maintain the appearance. A light bulb inside the cooking chamber will help illuminate the space. The door is opening downward and is featured with clear glass to let you peek inside. The control functions are located on its side panel and a small screen to show you the menu or cooking information.

The box is fairly largeas you would expectsince it is quite a big appliance. The packaging is ok, nothing too fancy butthat is not exactly a negative.
