To boil the cauliflower florets, take the chopped cauliflower and place it in a sauce pan that has a tight fitting lid. Cover the cauliflower halfway with water and season with salt. Bring the pot of water to a boil, then reduce to simmer and cover with the lid. Cook for 5 minutes. Let drain in a colander while you make the cheese sauce.

How To Air Fry Boneless Chicken Thighs
Pat the chicken thighs dry with a kitchen towel to remove moisture.
In a small container, mix the paprika, oregano, parsley, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, oil, and salt in a small bowl.
Add the marinade to the chicken thighs and rub it in to make sure that all parts of the chicken are coated in the marinade.
If you have the time, you can put it in the fridge to marinate for a few hours. If not, go ahead to the next step immediately.
Arrange the boneless chicken thighs in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
Dont put them over one another and don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
Air fry at a temperature of 400F/200C for 15-18 minutes flipping the chicken thighs halfway into cooking.
When the chicken is cooked, remove them from the air fryer.
Serve and enjoy.

Ready to make some juicy, tender boneless chicken thighs in the air fryer? Gather your ingredients and lets get started.
Mix the spice blend, Pat chicken thighs fry with paper towel, then place chicken thighs in a bowl, add oil and seasoning blend. Rub the seasoning in to ensure its well blended into the chicken, cover with cling film and let it marinade for at least 10 mins if you are in a pinch with time. Otherwise 30 mins to 24 hrs in the refrigerator would be best.
After 10 mins, place marinated chicken thighs in the air fryer and air fry at 400°F / 200°C for 15 to 20 mins. Flipping halfway through. Let chicken rest for a minute and serve.

How To Make Air Fryer Chicken Thighs With Honey Soy Marinade
STEP ONE: Put together the honey soy marinade in a big bowl. Simply place the honey, soy sauce, oil, garlic powder, and ground ginger into a bowl and mix.
If you are using a low-sodium soy sauce, I recommend addinga small extra pinch of salt into the marinade. If you are using regular soysauce, no extra salt is needed.
STEP TWO: Place half of the marinade in a small bowl and set aside. You will use this half as a sauce at the end.
Set the chicken thighs on a cutting board and trim off anyextra fat.
STEP THREE: Add the chicken to the remaining honey soy marinade and coat both sides. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the fridge for 30 minutes or up to overnight.

- chicken thighs: I use skinless, bone-in chicken thighs for these air fryer chicken thighs. You could leave the skin on, but I don’t prefer to eat it. If you have boneless chicken thighs, they may cook up faster so just keep an eye on them.
- parmesan: grated is my preference in this recipe. You can use shredded but the grated holds better with the breadcrumbs onto the chicken.
- breadcrumbs: you can use breadcrumbs or panko. If you need gluten free, it will easily sub for regular. If you opt for Italian seasoned breadcrumbs, just omit the Italian seasoning for the recipe.
- olive oil: extra virgin is preferred. You can opt for another favorite cooking oil if you don’t have it on hand.
- Italian seasoning: if you don’t have any, opt for a mixture of dried oregano, basil, thyme, parsley and rosemary.
- garlic: freshly minced garlic cloves are preferred, but you can sub for about 1 teaspoon garlic powder
Dont Have An Air Fryer You Can Make These In The Oven
No worries if you dont have an air fryer, you can still make incredible chicken thighs in the oven. They will take a little longer but with this trick theyll still come out crispy and juicy.

Im a busy mom of two little ones, so I get it. Whiletesting this recipe, I made versions without it being marinated because I knowit will happen to me once or twice in the future too.
Just simply toss the chicken thighs in half the marinade andlet it sit for 5 minutes while the air fryer preheats then cook as normal.
While the marinade wont seep into the chicken thighs asmuch, the additional honey soy marinade added at the end will help bring theflavor out.
