Air Fryer Seasoned Asparagus
Asparagus is the king of the vegetable world. For one thing, its more expensive than most veggies because its a vegetable that is very seasonal.
When you season this asparagus with Parmesan cheese and garlic salt, youve got a side dish that will stand up proudly to the grilled steak or air fryer chicken breast you serve it with.
Be sure to choose firm asparagus to make this side dish, and the thinner stalks are much more tender.
If you want to make this asparagus vegan, you can use a vegan Parmesan substitute.
Ninja Foodi Grill Steak
We recently made air fryer steak bites too which were out of this world and can be made in this pot too.

I wanted just an easy throw together meal so this premade steak seasoning is all I used and it worked really great.

No this Ninja Foodi Grill steak and potatoes isnt all cooked at the same time, that isnt possible. You will need to use the air fryer function, and then grill your meat.
I suggest air frying potatoes first because they will stay warm longer and take the longest to cook.
- I had 2 sirloin steaks and 1 filet mignon in my freezer so that is what I used. The cook time will vary depending on how well done you like your meat.
The nice thing about using this indoor grill is you can easily lift the top up and look at them. You can generally do a touch test for steak doneness. If it is too rare then just close the lid again and continue cooking.

What Kind Of Ribs Should I Cook In The Ninja Foodi
Im using pork spareribs in these images. You can also use baby back ribs or St. Louis style ribs. They will all cook the same. Just make sure that youre slicing them into manageable pieces before cooking.

I know that seems excessive but since I cook and do reviews for a living I have been lucky enough to receive several of these free of charge so I can share my thoughts with all of you. I received this Ninja Grill because I contributed a recipe to a Ninja Foodi cookbook they are currently creating.

Is The Ninja 5 In 1 Indoor Grill Easy To Clean
Compared to an outdoor grill, this Ninja Foodi is definitely easier to clean. However, compared to standard kitchen cleanup, its still a bit cumbersome.
Heres the deal:
The removable parts are all dishwasher safe, yet I dont suggest it. The reason being, the ceramic coating can get chipped pretty quicklyeven if you dont use the sanitize function.
With that said, you should also use plastic or silicone tongs when cooking with the Ninja Foodi 5 in 1 Grill. Just like a non-stick pan, this is to prevent any scratches.
Anyway, heres my tip on how to clean the Ninja AG301:
Once youre done cooking, pull the lid up and wait for it to cool down. When its warm enough to touch, thats the time to clean.
First, remove the splatter shield, cooking pot, and crisp basket or grill grate. Then, rinse it with running water. With a soapy Scotch-Brite, scrub it with the soft spongy side.
For the splatter shield, you can use the opposite side of the Scotch-Brite Or even better, use the brush that the Ninja Foodi Grill comes with.
If theres any hard-to-remove food residue or grease, soak it in warm soapy water for a couple of hours or overnight. Itll be easier to clean the day after, especially the splatter shield.
As for the main unit, you can simply wipe it with a damp cloth.

Is The Ninja Foodi Grill Worth It
We think youll be impressed by this grilljust make note of its size.
Anyone who loves grilled foods but doesnt have easy access to an outdoor grill will love this Ninja. It browns food a lot better than a broiler, and unlike pan grilling, wont fill up your house with smoke. The fact that it can also air fry is a big plus. While it also roasts, bakes, and dehydrates, we wouldnt run out and buy it for those capabilities.
