China is also home to the worlds largest industrial complexes and manufacturing zones. They have a huge manufacturing capacity. Air fryer brands can quickly mass produce their air fryer and get a shorter turnaround than in the USA and other countries. When you want to get products in the market within a short time, it is easier to do it in China.
Also, quality and other standards are less strict in China. Having to adhere to less stringent regulations makes the manufacturing process less hectic for air fryer brands.

Are Any Air Fryers Made In America
Out of all the air fryer brands that we could find out about, none of them were made in America. All those on both the Amazon page and the YouTube video were made in China. So, I think it is pretty safe to say that most air fryers are made in China.
Actually, I scoured around a lot of air fryers on Amazon, to find one that might be made somewhere other than China, and I couldnt find any!

Looking closer at the Amazon page, the first air fryers on this page were both by GoWise USA. They even have USA in the name, so they must be made there, surely! Lets find out for ourselves.
My first port of call would be the GoWise USA website, surely this is the best place for reliable information on the brand. After a bit of searching, I came across the FAQ or frequently asked questions section of the website. Great!
The third question down hit the nail right on the head.
Where are your products made?Our products are designed in the US and manufactured in China.
Dang! made in China. Back to the drawing board thenor more likely that Amazon page
The second brand on that article was Cosori, one I have covered before in my air fryer brands article. Are Cosori air fryers made in the USA? Lets do the same research as before. But after extensive searching, I couldnt find the info I wanted. After searching the questions on a Cosori air fryers Amazon product listing, I did find that someone posted that the box says Made in China on it! Another air fryer brand struck off the Made in America list!
So yet again I had to scour the question section of the Instant Pot Vortexs Amazon listing. Is the Instant Pot Vortex made in America then? In a word.NO!
OK, Lets move onto the YouTube video then..maybe we will have better luck!

Air Fryer Brands That Are Actually Made In China
I was curious about where the most popular air fryer brands are made. And so, I had to research them one by one by checking the description of some of their most popular models.
Unfortunately, I found out that most famous air fryer brands do not have any air fryers made in the USA. Here is a quick breakdown of my findings:
How To Make Air Fryer French Fries
When youre ready to cook, heres what you need to do:
First, chop your potatoes. Aim for them all to be a similar size, about 1/4-inch thick. That way, theyll all cook at the same rate. I dont recommend peeling your potatoes the skin helps them crisp up nicely as they cook. Once youve chopped the potatoes into fries, toss them all with olive oil and salt.
Next, cook the first batch. Spread the cut potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket with a little space between each one. Dont cram them in! The space allows the hot air to come in contact with all sides of the fries, which is what makes them golden brown and crisp. Air fry them at 380 for 12 to 15 minutes, flipping halfway. Take them out when theyre crisp and brown around the edges.
Repeat with the remaining potatoes, cooking as many batches as necessary to give the fries adequate space in the basket.
Finally, toss them all in together! When you finish cooking the last batch, add all the fries back into the air fryer basket and cook them for 1 to 2 minutes to warm and crisp up the earlier batches. When all the air fryer French fries are crispy, take them out, and dig in!
