Really, youre getting two recipes in one here, since you wont use all of the dry rub for one batch of wings. If you keep it tightly covered, the dry rub will store for up to two years!
Which means you can store it in an airtight container and use it on burgers, chicken breasts, steak, pork chops, and of course, more wings!
Youll use 2-3 tablespoons of the dry rub for every two pounds of chicken wings, so youll definitely have plenty leftover to use another time.

Air-fried Buffalo chicken wings are so good on their own. My kids just devour them.
Serve them with Ranch dipping sauce, extra Buffalo sauce as a dip or your favorite dipping sauce.
You can make an appetizer platter with Air fryer Buffalo chicken wings, celery sticks, carrots, cucumber alond with the dipping sauce.
FOR RANCH DIPPING SAUCE– Whisk together Â½ cup sour cream, Â¼ cup mayonnaise, 2 teaspoon lemon juice, Â¼ teaspoon dried parsley, and a pinch of salt.

- Place wings on paper towels to remove moisture from outsides. Spray inside of basket with non stick cooking spray . Sprinkle salt and pepper all over, use any other seasonings you would like too. Garlic powder is a great choice too.
- Place into a single layer without overlapping to achieve a super crispy outcome. Make sure your air fryer basket has been preheated at 350 degrees for 5 minutes before adding food. Cook the wings for 20 minutes cooking time.
- Toss the wings half way after 10 or 12 minutes or so. Remove once air frying is complete and they are as crispy as youd like, set aside.
- While theyre cooking make dipping sauce for chicken wings in a saucepan on the stove. Add all ingredients except flour and set hot peppers aside.
Half hot peppers and remove seeds, then put into saucepan once bubbling and cook for 10 minutes stirring intermittently, cool for 10 minutes. Use immersion blender to make smooth or pour into blender and then return to the pot. Heat again and whisk in flour to thicken sauce.
In a large bowl put cooked wings and drizzle sauce over the top. Toss together so each one is nicely coated well. Then serve them up!

Dip the chicken nuggets in the egg bowl, and then using a seperate hand dip them into seasoned flour. Shake off excess batter, and place them on your air fryer tray.
Right before putting your nuggets into the airfryer, spray them olive oil spray to make your nuggets extra crispy on the outside.
Preheat your air fryer to 375 degrees fahrenheit. We cook our nuggets for 15 minutes, and as long as you dont consistently open your airfryer your batter will come out crispy with a juicy chicken center.
The most important step is taking your piping hot boneless wings from the air fryer to your mouth, so the final sauce preparation is key. While the boneless wings are in the airfryer you can prepare your buffalo sauce in a small saucepan.
Immediately toss your boneless wings in the sauce, because the longer you wait the less crispy your chicken batter will be. We see the best results by lightly tossing our chicken in the sauce with a spoon so we dont break up the batter.
