The oven isnt as big as it looks. Cooking time is short of being fast. Very disappointed. Have contacted the company three times, so I could return my unit and I have received No response?

Adjustable Wattage Makes A Happy CamperI bought this Because you can set the wattage to three different settings. We have a travel trailer with a stove but no oven just a microwave. I set it up in my home to give it a trial run before actually putting it in the camper. We use this a lot and I like the fact that its 110 versus a 220 oven when it comes to baking and energy usage. Pretty much used the lower wattage of 900 to cook just about everything because this is what is recommended in the newer energy efficient travel trailers and RVs So I wanted to try a little bit of everything before actually moving it out of my home and into the camper .fried chicken, baked potatoes, french fries, Homemade tortilla chips, fish sticks/filets, pizza and roasted vegetables ect As soon as I buy some silicone muffin cups, Im going to try baking some cupcakes and soon I am going to try it out as a food dehydrator. What I Dont Like About The Nuwave Bravo Xl Smart Oven
The price. Compared to the Breville smart oven its not a big deal but if youre coming from a sub-$100 Air fryer, the price can be a shocker. I think that NuWave could have made this for around $100-$150 and theyd be selling like hotcakes. But then again, it probably costs a lot to manufacture a device like this.
One thing I dont care for is that the fan is a little louder than it should be. For $180, I should get a device thats as quiet as the other convection ovens Ive owned. Not a huge issue, but something to be aware of if youre averse to any kind of noisy fan.
I havent owned the NuWave Bravo XL for that long but as with ALL other non-stick cookware, Im wondering how easy it will be to replace the non-stick broiler rack. All of the non stick cookware pieces in my convection ovens have worn out after a year or so of use. This is NOT a mark against the NuWave Bravo XL Smart Oven, but its a consideration for all convection ovens. Replaceability is important.

I wouldnt normally recommend something like this to my readers because I like to focus on budget friendly solutions and making do with tools we already have.
