Ninja Foodi 8 Qt Pressure Cooker And Air Fryer
We recently made air fryer steak bites too which were out of this world and can be made in this pot too.
I would highly recommend making both and see which is your favorite.
I wanted just an easy throw together meal so this premade steak seasoning is all I used and it worked really great.

No this Ninja Foodi Grill steak and potatoes isnt all cooked at the same time, that isnt possible. You will need to use the air fryer function, and then grill your meat.
I suggest air frying potatoes first because they will stay warm longer and take the longest to cook.
- I had 2 sirloin steaks and 1 filet mignon in my freezer so that is what I used. The cook time will vary depending on how well done you like your meat.
The nice thing about using this indoor grill is you can easily lift the top up and look at them. You can generally do a touch test for steak doneness. If it is too rare then just close the lid again and continue cooking.

Ninja Foodi Or Instant Pot Baked Mac And Cheese Recipe
This baked macaroni and cheese is super simple to make. The ingredients are pretty basic and you very well might have them all in the house at any given time.
The topping is made with melted butter and crushed Ritz crackers.
Put your liquid ingredients and butter into the pot. You can use water instead of chicken broth, but I think broth gives the mac and cheese much better flavor. Also, do not substitute milk for the heavy cream. Cream can hold up under pressure, while milk does not fare so well and will curdle.
Pour the pasta in and pressure cook on high pressure for four minutes or as adjusted if your pasta directs a different time. You do not have to use macaroni for this recipe. You can use a different pasta if you like.
Quick release the pressure and stir in the cheeses. I used a mix of cheddar, pepper jack, Parmesan, and Mexican style blend. You can mix and match as you like. Stir in 2 cups of cheese and reserve a cup to go on top.
Stir until the cheese melts. Then add a cup of cheese to the top followed by a Ritz cracker topping made of crushed crackers and belted butter.
You can also use bread crumbs or french fried onion strings instead if you prefer.
Put the Crisp Lid on and air fry at 400 for 5 minutes. Check on it at around 4 minutes to make sure it isnt getting too browned. Five minutes was perfect for mine.
If using an air fryer or your oven, transfer the pasta to a pan and bake it at 425 until it browns or air fry at 400.

It Cooks Quicker Than An Oven But Not As Fast As An Air Fryer
Ive found that when cooking air fryer recipes in the Duo Crisp, youll need to add a few minutes to the cook time. For example, the average air fryer recipe calls for cooking fries at 380°F for about 15 minutes, but I find that in the Instant Pot they need about 20 minutes. However, they still produce a crispier and faster result than the oven, which takes about 40 minutes!

The fryer lid is compatible with the 6-quart Lux, Duo, Duo Plus, Viva, Nova Plus, Ultra, and Duo Nova models, including those models that come in different colors.
It is not compatible with the Smart WiFi 60, Duo Evo Plus 6, Duo Evo Plus 60, Duo SV 60, or Max 60. The Air Fryer Basket Wore Out Quickly
After a few uses, I started having trouble with the air fryer basket that is included with the pot. The non-stick coating started to wear down quickly, leaving me with fries and chicken that were sticking to the bottom. To work around this, I purchased some perforated parchment paper inserts, and theyve made ALL the difference!

Air Fryer Lid Error Codes And Troubleshooting
The lid only has one error code, LID. It means that it does not detect an inner pot or Instant Pot. In both cases, you need to check to ensure your Instant Pot has the stainless steel insert and then adjust the Air Fryer Lid until it fits properly.
Common troubleshooting issues are from smoke that can be from using oils with a low smoke point , or by cooking with higher fat meats .
