I sent a complaint about this coffee maker. It has totally rusted on bottom of maker. I was told to wash it with vinegar which made it worse.Obviously the material on the bottom of this machine is sub standard – shouldn’t ever rust if right material was used at production.The coffee maker looks terrible.I will not buy another product from this company. It is only a year old. Warranty states that it protects materials as well as function= obviously this is not trueVery disappointed with company!

We have had the toaster for about 5 years and never had a problem.We had just come home from church and noticed an acrid smoke smell in the house. We searched all over and finally found the toaster hadcaught/stuck in the down position. It was in an enclosed area on the cabinetcounter top and when we opened the space it was almost like an oven.Some plastic cups had melted in the spqce and if we had not got home when we did we would have definitely had a fire.
