If you cook chicken pieces you have to turn them at least 3 times otherwise the underside doesn’t cook! Also you see on the ad the thing is filled to the brim with food if you do this half the food doesn’t cook the more you cook in it the worse it gets! Finally since you have to keep opening and closing the door while it’s cooking to turn stuff eventually the door is going to break. That’s what happened with mine after closing the door no matter what i did it would not turn back on and resume cooking. Threw it in the garbage where it belongs will never buy from globalshop AGAIN..
