  • Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F.
  • Add the chopped broccoli florets to the basket of the air fryer and spray very lightly with cooking oil.
  • Roast the broccoli for 8 minutes total.
  • At this point, the broccoli should be fork tender at the thickest part of the stem and slightly crispy on the outside.

    Remove the broccoli from the basket and set aside. You can top the broccoli anyway you like it, but I have included my favorite butter garlic and parmesan combination below.

    How To Make Air Fryer Scrambled Eggs

    Place the butter in an air fryer pan and cook at 300 degrees until melted about 2 minutes. This allows the air fryer to preheat without actually waiting for it to preheat.

    While the butter is melting in the air fryer, whisk togetherthe eggs and milk, then add salt and pepper to taste.

    Adding milk to your scrambled eggs creates a creamierconsistency.

    Add the egg mixture to the air fryer pan and cook on 300degrees.

    After about 3 minutes, open the air fryer and push the eggsto the inside of the pan and stir them around using a small plastic or siliconespatula.

    Its important to never use metal utensils on a nonstick surface.This could cause your air fryer pan to scratch or even cause your air fryer topeel.

    Cook the air fryer scrambled eggs for 2 more minutes, thenadd the cheddar cheese and stir the eggs again.

    Finish the eggs by cooking them 2 more minutes.

    Remove from the pan, taste and add more salt and pepper ifneeded, then enjoy!

    • 2 lb of ground pork
    • 1 spring onion finely chopped
    • ½ teaspoon of garlic powder
    • 1 tablespoon of fresh sage, chopped

    Turns out you dont need a rotisserie-style air fryer to cook a whole rotisserie chicken. This is an easy roast chicken recipe we love to make at our house. Its full of flavor, has a crispy skin, and tastes just like it was baked in the oven!

    Its also made with all dry seasonings you should have right in your house.

    I recommend using an air fryer that is at least 5.8QT to complete this recipe as it will need room for air to circulate.

    I used the Cosori 5.8QT Air Fryer as it allows a 4.5-to-5-pound chicken in the basket with no issues. Thats enough for my whole family of 4 and a Buffalo Chicken Wrap with the leftovers the next day!

    I do not recommend putting full frozen pork belly in the air fryer unless its just coated with sauce instead.

    STEP ONE: The night before cooking, cut the pork belly into 1-inch strips or chunks, then place in a large mixing bowl.Sprinkle the pork belly with salt and rub it into the skin and meat. Next, sprinkle with black pepper.

    Tightly wrap the pork belly in plastic wrap, seal in a plastic zipper bag, then freeze.

    STEP TWO: When ready to cook, preheat the air fryer to 250 degrees F. Remove the pork belly from the freezer.

    Place the pork belly in one layer, skin side up, in the basket.
