Ingredients

  • 1 ½ lbs of chicken breasts, bone-in
  • Sea salt and white ground pepper to taste
  • 2 tablespoon of coconut oil melted
  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 2 teaspoon of minced garlic
  • ½ cup of lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoon of lemon rind
  • 1 teaspoon of fresh parsley finely chopped

Instructions

  • Add chicken breast into container and season with the salt and ground white pepper.
  • In a separate bowl, combine all remaining ingredients and pour over chicken cover and toss to combine well.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours .
  • Preheat your Air fryer to 360 F/180 C.
  • Place chicken breast into the air fryer basket.
  • Cook for 20 minutes .
  • Remove chicken breasts onto a serving plate and allow them to rest for 10 minutes.
