My first impression is its good packing with a large box which is quite heavy and has no lift points. My box had only one strap around it, and it was sagging and unable to keep the box together as well as move it around.
This griddle has a really simple construction for assembly, but the screw heads are soft, so make sure you use a screwdriver thats the right size, or youll strip the screw head.
You only need to pay attention when assembling the air fryer drawers, as the holes that the front panel attach to are sharp. When those parts go into the dishwasher, they will get handled frequently.
Its also easy to keep clean. I sprinkle some water on it while its still hot, scrape it off, and then apply another coating of oil for the next fry. I wish I had bought it earlier.

Ignition is simple too. The ignitor now works with all burners and the air fryer burner. The air fryer can also operate without the griddle being in use which is nice if I want to reheat something like leftover chicken wings.
Electronically, it uses a beefy outdoor plug to hook into power. This may not sound like much but over time these types of things make a difference. The on-off switch for the air fryer also has a protective plastic covering which is smart. I’m sure it’s to assist with the lifespan of the switch but I like to think it’s there in case you really need to turn the air fryer fan on or off when your fingers are covered with BBQ sauce.
